During COVID-19, we’ve been doing our best to keep up with delivery timeframes (and so have our partners!). We continue to ask for your patience and understanding if things are running a bit late. Our dedicated team is working hard to get your orders ready and on the way to you! Orders are generally shipped in 14 days but may take up to 30 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns on Sale Items: During COVID-19, we are offering our products on a discount and on a no returns and no refund basis.
RETURNING ONLINE MERCHANDISE

All discounted and “SALE” items are not refundable. **Exchange only**

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your regular-priced purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return.

Defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange (up to 30 days from purchase date).

You have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and unused, no exceptions. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.

All returned merchandise must include the original packaging/box and/or tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.

TERMS & CONDITION

CONTACT US FOR A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, OTHERWISE, SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, and a 20-50% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package, as we are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

DID WE MAKE A MISTAKE? OOPS! SORRY

If we made a mistake with your order, we will take care of the return shipping and send you a replacement item (if inventory allows) with no additional charge for shipping either way. This applies to defective merchandise and item(s) shipped that do not match the style, size or print that you ordered. Contact us for a return shipping label.

RETURNING RETAIL STORE MERCHANDISE

Shoes and other products must be returned to the store. The return policy is 14 days, with the receipt.  Merchandise must have the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

REPAIR POLICY

We do not offer repair at the moment.

SIZE ADJUSTMENTS

We are able to stretch your shoes. Please indicate your requirements to us via email or call immediately after ordering, e.g. wide foot, bunions, corns, etc.  For shoes bought at our store, indicate your requirements to the staff.
